Representative Vance, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                  
that Uniform Rule 23(a) be waived so the Judiciary Committee may                                                                
hear the following on May 10:                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 53(FIN) am                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to competency to stand trial; relating to                                                                  
    involuntary civil commitments; and relating to victims' rights                                                              
    during certain civil commitment proceedings."
